Coaching & Wellness Support for Businesses

Because burnout isn't just a personal problem—it's a workplace issue.

If you’re leading a team right now, chances are someone on it is quietly burning out.

They’re showing up, but something’s off—low energy, short fuse, missed deadlines, less joy. Maybe they’ve told you they’re struggling. Maybe they haven’t. Either way, the cost of ignoring it is high: turnover, tension, disengagement, and a ripple effect across your team.

That’s where I come in…

What is Corporate Coaching?

I partner with companies to support the humans behind the roles—the people who keep your organization running. Through consistent coaching and mental wellness support, I help employees feel more grounded, more capable, and better equipped to handle stress without hitting a breaking point.

This isn’t a one-off wellness talk or generic stress workshop. It’s about building something more sustainable.

I work with organizations in an ongoing, relationship-based model—whether that’s weekly coaching hours, small-group support, wellness-focused programming, or helping you create a workplace culture that actually supports mental health (not just talks about it).

Depending on your needs, that might look like:

  • Regular 1:1 coaching sessions for staff (virtual or on-site)

  • Small-group coaching or processing spaces

  • Drop-in “office hours” for mental wellness support

  • Monthly themes or wellness campaigns

  • Lunch & Learns and team conversations

  • Support for leadership navigating team dynamics, morale, or retention

Think of me as part of your extended team—not just someone you bring in once a year to tick a box.

Why it matters:

Burnout isn’t just a personal issue—it’s a workplace one. When employees are overwhelmed, disconnected, or running on fumes, it affects everything from morale to performance to retention. People can’t do their best work if they’re emotionally exhausted or constantly in survival mode. And most aren’t going to raise their hand and say, “I’m not okay.”

Coaching offers a safe, consistent space for people to check in, regulate, and get support before things reach a breaking point. When employees feel seen, supported, and mentally well, they’re more likely to stay—and to show up more fully. It also strengthens communication and team dynamics. When one person is more grounded, that stability tends to ripple outward.

Investing in a corporate coach isn't just good for individuals—it's a smart, sustainable move for the whole organization.

Hi, I’m Christina,

a licensed therapist, trauma-informed coach, and former corporate health coach with a background that bridges both mental and physical wellness. Before becoming a therapist, I worked as a certified health coach and personal trainer—and spent several years as a wellness coach for a large manufacturing company. So I understand firsthand what it’s like to support employees in high-demand, high-stress environments, and I know how to meet people where they are without being preachy or pushing quick fixes.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Therapy tends to focus on clinical mental health conditions and past experiences, while coaching is more present- and future-focused. As a licensed therapist, I know when someone may need more clinical support—but in a coaching role, I’m offering wellness tools, stress management strategies, and a supportive space for employees. Coaching works well for people who are overwhelmed, burned out, or navigating work/life challenges.

  • Yes. While I don’t offer therapy in this setting, I still follow clear ethical guidelines. Meetings with employees are confidential unless there’s a safety concern or unless the employee gives permission to share specific information. Trust is essential—people won’t open up unless they know it’s a safe space.

  • Both. I’m based in New Hampshire and offer virtual coaching nationwide. If your company is local or open to hybrid support, we can explore in-person options as well. Some organizations bring me in for periodic onsite days paired with ongoing virtual support throughout the month.

  • It’s flexible. Most companies reserve a set number of hours per month, which can be used for 1:1 employee coaching, drop-in hours, team workshops, or leadership consultation. I’m happy to work with you to create a package that fits your culture, size, and needs.

  • Yes. While I love working with individuals, I’m also available for team workshops, Lunch & Learns, wellness series, or small-group coaching. That said, I specialize in ongoing support—not just one-time events—so I always encourage companies to think long-term when it comes to employee wellness.

  • Not at all. While I have a strong background in healthcare and mission-driven environments, I’ve also worked in manufacturing, corporate wellness, and general workplace coaching. Any organization that values the well-being of its people is a fit.

  • That’s great—but often, EAPs (employee assisted programs) are underutilized, short-term, or focused on crisis response. Coaching adds a proactive, relational layer of support that helps prevent burnout and build resilience over time. Think of it as an enhancement, not a replacement.
