Rates & FAQ | Trauma Therapy, OCD Treatment

NH ME FL

The biggest barrier to treatment is often finding a provider properly trained and knowledgeable in the areas that are most important to you. You may have gone years searching, or working with multiple different providers only to be left frustrated and sometimes worse off than when you started therapy.

If you’re looking for a specialist trained in evidence-based treatments for Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), and Generalized Anxiety (GAD), you’ve come to the right place! From the first appointment with me, you will gain a sense of hope and relief that the anxiety, fear, insecurity, and overwhelm you’ve been struggling with really can be managed! Let’s get you living toward your values instead of fear.

What is Online Therapy?

This means my services are offered STATEWIDE in New Hampshire, Maine, and Florida!

Virtual therapy, or online therapy, helps you receive the similar results as traditional in person therapy while also saving you time, money, and energy. No awkward waiting rooms, no commuting in traffic, and no building barriers for those who may have physical limitations. Therapy online can be more accessible, because unlike in-office therapy, you’re not limited to a specific building or location.

Fees & insurance

I am an out-of-network provider, which means I don’t bill insurance directly but many clients are able to use their out-of-network benefits to get partial reimbursement. I’m happy to provide a Superbill for you to submit to your insurance.

I also accept HSA and FSA cards for payment, and I keep a limited number of sliding-scale spots available to help make therapy more accessible.

Intensives/extended sessions (90 minutes-3 hours):
$350 per hour (M-Th)
$500 per hour (F & weekends)

Standard Session (45-50 minutes): $250

Benefits of self-pay vs. insurance

Superbills & OON Reimbursement

NOTE: Not every insurance plan has OON benefits. Please verify with your insurance as I cannot guarantee reimbursement.

NOTE: Your Superbill will contain a diagnosis. If you are requesting self-pay in order to avoid a diagnosis on your record, then you may not want to request a Superbill.
