I'm passionate about exploring the powerful connection between mind and body. With a background in personal training and health coaching, I understand firsthand how physical health impacts mental well-being, and vice versa.
My journey includes both OCD and trauma, which has given me a unique perspective on how these experiences overlap and affect our physical and emotional health. I know from personal experience how anxiety and discomfort from OCD can intertwine with trauma symptoms, and I've seen how burnout coaching can be incredibly effective in addressing these challenges.
