Using a mix of nervous system education, somatic practices, and grounded coaching tools, I help you:

Hi, I’m Christina

I’m passionate about helping people who’ve tried all the things—and are still stuck. If you’ve done the worksheets, challenged the thoughts, and practiced exposures but still feel dysregulated, depleted, or disconnected from yourself, you’re not alone. I’ve been there too.

As a licensed therapist with a background in health coaching and personal training—and as someone with lived experience of both OCD/Anxiety and trauma—I understand the deep connection between the nervous system, mental health, and burnout. I know firsthand how anxiety, OCD, and trauma symptoms can overlap and show up in the body, and why traditional approaches like ERP or ICBT, while helpful, often miss a critical piece: the body’s capacity to feel safe.

That’s why I’m shifting how I work. I’m no longer just targeting symptoms. I’m helping you listen to your system, your needs, and your natural way of healing. I take a holistic approach that blends mind-body practices, nervous system work, and real-life strategies to help you recover from chronic anxiety, perfectionism, and burnout—not just cope with them.

I don’t believe in toxic positivity, hustle culture, or cookie-cutter advice. I offer grounded, compassionate support rooted in both science and lived experience. My goal is to help you stop white-knuckling through life and start feeling like yourself again.
